I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I would love support.
Kia Ora Friends and Family,
I’ve decided to take on a challenge to walk to raise funds for that will help give children across Aotearoa NZ a fighting chance at survival. As a Māmā of 2 beautiful girls, 3yrs and 9months old - I understand all too well the feeling of hopelessness, stress and defeat when our tamariki/kids get sick and really unwell. I’m doing this for the tamariki who need support and to support parents and Whanau’s of the tamariki who need support. Every cent/dollar counts and makes a BIG difference.
I also work as a Māori Healthcare Assistant at Auckland City Hospital and understand how important these services are and how much funding they require to constantly meet demand and reach the families that need support the most - in their most difficult and vulnerable times! Any koha you can give, will go a long way.
I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge, Kilometres for Kids, to help keep Starship’s National Air Ambulance flying to children across the country who are critically ill or injured.
If you can, please donate to help me raise money for this incredible service, the only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Aotearoa. It’s on call 24/7 – and a specialist flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes.
Donate now to help save the lives of Kiwi kids. Koha ki te koha.
