Luka

My Kilometres for Kids challenge is dedicated to the honour of my son, Luka

I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I need your support.

I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge, Kilometres for Kids, to help keep Starship’s National Air Ambulance flying to children across the country who are critically ill or injured.

Luka is our heart baby who was born with multiple ASD and VSD (holes in the heart ❤️). We had picked them up during our 18 weeks ultrasound. The unknown is rather scary and stressful. We have been well looked after by chch and Dunedin teams. We have another echo coming up which will hopefully be the one that they will decide if we do the surgery or wait. We have already had a scare with RSV. But we no the signs to look out for.

Knowing that starship air ambulance can be here quick is amazing but they also need our help with running cost, so please if you can donate to help us raise money for this incredible service, the only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Aotearoa. It’s on call 24/7 – and a specialist flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes.

We can help save kids lives like Luka ❤️

P.S who wants to join me in walking or biking in March!.

Thank you 🙏 ❤️
