My Kilometres for Kids challenge is dedicated to the honour of my daughter, Rhea Okamura Rodgers
I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I would love support.
This march ill be pushing my body and mind every single day for something that truly matters to our little treasures in New zealand.
I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying — a service that gives our sick and injured children a fighting chance when every second matters. Somewhere in Aotearoa right now, a family is facing the unthinkable, waiting and hoping that help arrives in time.
The Starship National Air Ambulance is New Zealand’s only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. It’s on call 24/7. Within minutes, a specialist paediatric flight crew can be in the air, bringing life-saving care to children who desperately need it — no matter where they are in the country.
I’m doing this challenge for those kids. For the parents praying for a miracle. For the moments where hope arrives on the sound of helicopter blades.
If you’re able to, please support my challenge and donate. Every contribution helps keep this vital service in the air and helps save the lives of Kiwi kids.
Together, we can make a real difference. 💛
Please donate and help me take this fundraiser sky high. 🙏 🚁
