Kilometres for Kids - Raising money for Starships Air Ambulance

I’m running in March to help raise money for the Starship Air Ambulance!

Starship holds a very special place in my heart. After spending lots of time there with Henry when he was one, (after experiencing an accidental lung injury) we got to know it well. 

Hen is now 6 and healthy, and I’ll be forever grateful that he was one of the lucky ones up there.

We used to watch the Air Ambulance from the window on the ward. A good activity for a moment of distraction. His innocence kept the viewing light hearted, but I knew that each arrival carried a child in urgent need and each departure carried hope.

Each donation will help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying for the families who need it most. Such an important and life-saving service.  Feel like this is the least I can do to help and I’d so be so thankful for your support!
