Roxie Petersen

My Kilometres for Kids challenge is dedicated to the celebration of my daughter, Roxie Petersen

I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I need your support.

I'm taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying and to help save the lives of sick and injured children all over Aotearoa. Will you donate to support my challenge, and help take my fundraising tally sky high? The Starship National Air Ambulance is New Zealand's only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. It's on call 24/7. A specialist paediatric flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes. This is often the only way a seriously ill or injured can get to Starship. But they're counting on your support. That's why I'll be giving it my all this March to help keep the Starship National Air Ambulance flying 24/7. Will you support me? Donate now to help save the lives of Kiwi kids.

The Starship National Air Ambulance helped with flying myself and Roxie up to Starship Hospital so Roxie could get critical care help for her as she has Osteomyelitis of her C1 vertebrae.
