150km of gratitude for Starship Hospital
I'm cycling for the Kilometres for Kids challenge to support Starship Hospital. My goal is 150km or more if I can help it. When someone close to you needs the kind of specialist care that Starship provides, it stays with you. Living at the other end of the country, you feel a bit helpless, but you also feel incredibly grateful that such a place exists. This ride is my way of saying thank you from a distance, and raising money so Starship can continue to be there for families all over New Zealand, no matter how far from Auckland they live.
