I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I would love support.
This year, I'm taking on a month-long fitness challenge for the second year in a row to help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying and to help save the lives of sick and injured children all over Aotearoa. Will you donate to support my challenge, and help take my fundraising tally sky high? The Starship National Air Ambulance is New Zealand's only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. It's on call 24/7. A specialist paediatric flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes. This is often the only way a seriously ill or injured can get to Starship. But they're counting on your support. That's why I'll be giving it my all this March to help keep the Starship National Air Ambulance flying 24/7. As a young person, I have spent a lot of time in hospitals and have needed medical care from a young age. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the people, services, and support systems that help sick kids get the care they need when they need it most. Not every child has easy access to specialist treatment, and that's where the Starship Air Ambulance makes a life-changing difference - transporting critically ill children across New Zealand so they can receive urgent care. This challenge is my way of giving back to a service that helps ensure kids and their families can get the support they need during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Every kilometer I complete and every dollar raised goes toward keeping this vital service flying and helping more children reach the care they deserve. If you're able to support the cause, I'd be incredibly grateful. My Activity Progresss
