My Kilometres for Kids challenge is dedicated to the celebration of my daughter, Nina
I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I would love support.
I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge, Kilometres for Kids, which is to help Starship, and keep Starship’s National Air Ambulance flying to children across the country who are critically ill or injured.
Some may know that we wherem in starship with our Nina when she was born, as she was born with a duplex kidney. She went into NICU and was in there until she underwent surgery. We were in and out of starship for the first 2 months. And then throughout the first year for follow up appointment /check ups.
She is still under starship as she might need another surgery as she grows and has been on antibiotics since the day she was born.
That being said starship helped our little Nina They were amazing!! Starship is amazing place and help so many kids and I’d love to give back alittle
Now we didn’t need to use the air service but
If you can, please donate to help me raise money for this incredible service, the only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Aotearoa. It’s on call 24/7 – and a specialist flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes.
Donate now to help save the lives of Kiwi kids.
