I’m taking on an epic challenge this March – and I would love support.

I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge, Kilometres for Kids, to help keep Starship’s National Air Ambulance flying to children across the country who are critically ill or injured.

If you can, please donate to help me raise money for this incredible service, the only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Aotearoa. It’s on call 24/7 – and a specialist flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes.

Yeahhhhhhhh all Ready Car Pack up / Sign written done / plus Starship / Rock flag :))) Boom I have had My Final Check in for As of 28/ 02 My weight (77.8 kg ) Ready To Start 7.30 am through Too 7.30 PM Minimum ** 7 DAYS STRAIGHT ** Main Car park Cornwall Park Mountain Greenlane Auckland New Zealand ..:))

All around Long bay Beach ⛱️ & Torbay and through To East Coast bays Road ....:)) Awesome Walks & types of distances i have done heaps of regularly 😀 .... Tgats What Has help me Lose over 30 plus kgs in just over 12 months ...:)) boom boom . I was 110 kg plus back in Nov 2024 Now This Week i am weighing in At last check 77.6 kg Where i do my Weight checks At Snap Fitness 🤪 So i know Perfect Weight Check in which i will check through the week to monitor My Results for My Challenge :)) For Starship hospital km's for kids Challenge ...:))

My Monday Morning Training Day

Thursday 19th Feb
This was my Test Day results Which was my guide for a Daily basis for Starship hospital km's for kids 😅🤔 Yeahhhhhhhh I smash out 6 x All Around fully of Cornwall Park Mountain Greenlane Road track ....:)) Walking .fully from about 7.30 am - 8.50 pm Monday Night 🌙.... fully focused on the Children All day long ..:)) Plus chilling 😎 & Rock'n To The Rock Music 🎶 Radio Station 🚉 Awesome music🎶 All day long.. I am training every day getting Ready fir March 1st - March 7th 7.30.am - 7.30 pm minimum but I will always complete my last lap .mmmm that's While I finished At 8.50 pm mmmm Shit that was close to, As I was close to been ( locked 🔒 In ), for the Night 🌙 .mmm Hahaha 😆 ..:)) .. But Yes yes I am Ready To Take on My Challenge For 7 Days straight ... :))) minimum 12 hour day's Walking fir the Children ...:)) And for their Families As Well ...:))
