We are taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help Starship raise money and to help save the lives of sick and injured children all over Aotearoa. This is a cause close to our hearts after receiving critical care for indigo at Starship whilst she battled ovarian cancer. Please donate to support our challenge. The Starship National Air Ambulance is New Zealand's only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. It's on call 24/7. A specialist paediatric flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes..This is often the only way a seriously ill or injured can get to Starship. But they're counting on everyone’s support.
