I'm taking on a month-long fitness challenge in honour of my nephew Benjamin and to help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying and to help save the lives of sick and injured children all over Aotearoa. It's on call 24/7. A specialist paediatric flight crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes. This is often the only way a seriously ill or injured can get to Starship.
